  • Explain core principles of holistic health—including the mind-body-spirit connection and the role of balance across key lifestyle dimensions that influence wellbeing.
  • Identify and describe major holistic practices (e.g., alternative medical systems, mind-body interventions, biologically based therapies, bodywork, and energy therapies) and summarize how they are commonly used for everyday health support.
  • Create a basic personal holistic self-care plan that selects appropriate practices for common concerns and applies a simple decision lens (risk, potential benefit, and evidence) before use, including when to coordinate with conventional care.

Holistic Health (MOD-MC-101) is a self-paced mini-course that introduces holistic healing as a whole-person approach—addressing mind, body, and spirit rather than focusing only on symptoms.
